Riding Programs

Pillar Ranch specializes in beginners and children. We teach basic horsemanship and riding. Your lesson at Pillar Ranch will involve learning to care for, tack, and groom the horses. Then we teach a balanced seat, gait changes, proper tack fit, basic patterns, trail work, and much more as your skills advance.

Our horses: Mac, Ruby, Lily, and Hazel, look forward to teaching you the basic joys of horsemanship. Call to schedule your time to see us.

Horsemanship/riding lessons:

Hour private lessons
Hour group lessons
1/2 day group lessons (You will be put with students of your same skill level)
Natural horsemanship group lesson
Therapeutic riding, 1 hour private
